1. Product Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Skelora candles. If you're not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Arrange for a replacement or refund
- Cover return shipping costs
- Process your claim within 5 business days
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer service team
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely
- Ship the item back to us
4. Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the item within 3 business days
- If approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different scents or products of equal or greater value. For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process
- Specify the desired replacement item
- Pay any price difference for upgrades
- Receive a refund for any price difference for downgrades
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Used or burned candles
- Items purchased during clearance sales
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized orders
7. Shipping Costs
For returns and exchanges:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- We provide a prepaid shipping label for damaged/defective items
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
8. International Returns
For international customers:
- Returns must be shipped within 30 days
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Please ensure proper documentation is included
9. Gift Returns
For gift returns:
- Original gift receipt is required
- Refund will be issued as store credit
- Gift giver will be notified of the return
